Brian Marcel has had over 40 years of hands-on, high-level senior corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He got involved in the early days of barcoding and after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, set up Joint Ventures in five former Eastern Bloc countries. General Manager of BCS Bulgaria has Ms. Eng. graduated in Computer Science and worked in the Auto-ID for more than 25 years. Having expertise in Barcode Technologies and Enterprise Mobility Solutions, Yuri has helped more than 50 companies in Bulgaria improve their operations and efficiency in the areas of Sales Force Automation and Warehouse Management. Currently, he is looking after the company processes of business consultancy, development, and implementation of software solutions. Yuri is a member of the Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction at ACM and has Price2 certification in Project Management.
As one of the founders of BCS Bulgaria, Villian has always been dedicated to a mission – to bring positive changes to the world and make it a better place to live and work.

Graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava; in 2000, he joined KODYS SLOVENSKO as the first official sales representative, and in 2003 he became the Company’s Sales Director and built a 10-member sales team. In 2016 he became the managing director of KODYS SLOVENSKO and successfully continues to run the company today. Michal has more than 20 years of experience in auto-id technologies (barcode, RFID, Pick by Voice, RTLS, IoT, DPM, WLAN)
He is an expert in software solutions in the areas of Warehouse Management, Assets Management, and Mobile Device Management.
A professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he started his professional career in 1995 in Optimus SA, a leading manufacturer of PCs in Poland. First as a Product Manager of automatic identification systems, and then as the Manager of the Automatic Identification Department. Since 1999, he has been associated with IBCS Poland, dealing with the issues of warehouse logistics. Working for several years as the Sales Director of IBCS Poland and IBCS Group, he participated in many warehouse systems implementation projects in Poland and abroad. Currently, he works as the Vice President of the Management Board at IBCS Poland and is responsible for the company’s marketing area.
After studies of Bio Cybernetics at the Czech Technical University, Jan Příhoda joined KODYS in 1996. Started as an application developer later went through the position of Customer Services Director and Sales Director. In 2010, after the passing away of KODYS founder, Mr. Zdeněk Vonásek, he became Managing Director. Previous experiences are helping him to understand what the team needs to do and what they need to achieve. He sees his mission as “Lead the team to growth and achieving better results.”
Since 2010 Jan is representing KODYS on the board of the GS1 Czech republic.
What is Jan’s vision for the future? He sees strong demand for digitalization and automation of warehousing and manufacturing processes, focusing on increasing effectiveness and decreasing error rates. There is a coming transformation of the business model to subscription (as a service) in parallel.
